Privacy notice

This notice explains what Utilities Meetings does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company and its website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we hold your email and whatever you choose to put in it.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request and for nothing else. That might mean replying with your meter reading, asking a follow-up question, or arranging a call if you asked for one. If you reply stop, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of what we discussed, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone. They are used only by us to deal with your request.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit or build a profile of you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to bethany.perry@utilitiesmeetings.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will deal with it promptly.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
